The performance of the service agreed between the data subject and the controller and, for the web form, the data subject's consent. Personal information is kept for as long as the contractual relationship lasts or for the time strictly necessary to meet legal obligations.
Retention period
Data will be kept for as long as the service is provided or for the years required to meet legal obligations.
Recipients
FERMIN PUIGDELLIVOL, S.L.U. will not pass data on to third parties unless legally required.
Where third-party services are used for administrative, tax, accounting and/or commercial processing, the required data processing agreement will be signed to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. Netlify, Inc. and FormSubmit are used to host this website and handle its form.
Your rights
